Terms and Conditions

We as a business enterprise are legally constituted and named as A and M Edu Solution under Government of India with the GST Registration number : 29ABIFA3355M2Z0.

Please read below mentioned terms and conditions carefully before using the service provided. These terms and conditions govern your access and use of the service entitled to you. By accessing and using the service you signify your agreement to be bound by the stated terms.

  • We reserve the rights to modify or amend the terms from time to time. Your continued use of our platform or service following the posting of these changes will mean that you agree to accept those changes. The terms and conditions last revised on (21-5-2021).
  • However, additional terms and conditions may also be applied by us to the purchase of new products and services. By using the service, one acknowledges to agree with the amends.
  • We wish to declare our proprietorship over exercise of control over the services offered, that is, to stop permanently or temporarily providing the services or any features within the services offered owing to technical glitch, legal or administrative concerns.
  • A student in desire to enroll for a course can make a thorough research about the course content, teaching method, the scope, its value and also placement support (selected courses only) by having a read through the course description and also watch the demo videos made on the respective course posted on our website (www.aandmedu.in) and thus arrive at a decision. Again you may approach our counselling team if required to find answers to all your queries from enrollment to certification and placement process.

Repayment or Cancellation Policy

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. Since the transparency of the course structure, feature and its outcome is maintained and demonstrated well in advance, the course offers no refund or repayment of partial or full amount of fees made towards the course.

Privacy Policy

A student with his enrollment to the course or the content available on this platform gets a license to use it for academic purpose only. The course doesn’t grant any permission to its user to transfer or resell content in any form. The access validity shall be stated at the time of admission or the enrollment process. However, any revision to the validity of the course shall be made known by an official mail or a message sent on the contact details shared with us. Again, the access for a particular course obtained by a student is not liable to share his /her login credentials which goes against the privacy policy. If the student is found guilty of breach of policy, we hold all right to suspend or disable the access for the course.

  • A student who gets access to the course should ensure to respect the intellectual property rights of others (that is, to prevent the act of copying or unlicensed use of ideas, content or knowledge without the consent of the author or the publisher) while he/ she is required to post reviews, queries or submit assignments on the instruction of the faculty.
  • We would like to state that we are not responsible for delay or failure of the performance of any of the services caused beyond our reasonable control such as natural disaster, pandemic, hostility or sabotage, electrical, technical or telecommunication outrage or government restrictions.
  • All the above stated terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Academic Delivery

  • On successful enrollment or access obtained for a particular course after the payment of necessary fees, a student is entitled for all kinds of courseware in the form of access to the Learning Management System Portal (LMS) which consists of e-learning sessions, quizzes, mock tests, doubt solving sessions, live interaction and such others as per the course and curriculum requirement.
  • Student will be allotted a batch after considering the need and availability of a seat in the respective batch, demanded during the counselling or the initial stage of enrollment with respect to the kind of admission taken offline or online respectively.
  • Any change in the batch timings or batch faculty is at the sole discretion of the management.
  • One after the admission and allotment of the batch a student cannot make claims for change in batch unless, the demand is very genuine and a request is forwarded to the academic team with necessary details and document verifying the concern. Again decision is at the discretion of the academic team or the management.
  • Apart from online and offline sessions (if required only), students are required to complete assignments, presentations, quizzes and mock tests assigned to him/her and submit the report in the specified manner and within the deadline as instructed by the faculty.
  • In addition to the domain training, student will also be trained in the areas of soft skills like communication skills, creative writing, e-mail etiquettes, interview preparation, personality development etc. by professional soft skill trainers. Students should attend all the soft skill sessions and 100 % attendance is compulsory. (Please check in the respective content description of the respective course if it is eligible for this kind of training)
  • Students are expected to maintain regularity to the sessions or classes conducted, wherein there is no provision of leave or break during the training. Government holidays or emergency offs shall be informed to the student by the academic team via call or mail to the contact number or e-mail id registered with us.
  • Students should undertake to invest their best efforts towards improving their skills and knowledge by learning from the program conducted and make sure to maintain professional behaviour at all times failing which he/she is liable to be terminated from the course.

Placement Assistance

We have our dedicated and efficient placement cell –“ABHIMAN” which has successfully placed students across various industries and roles and thereby helped students to realize their dreams. Placement support offered with some courses (you may go to the respective course description to find if the course is eligible for placement support) should fulfil the following criteria:

  • Student should have respective education qualification as stated under the course eligibility.
  • Candidate should develop and nurture his/her industry skills along with the interview preparation training accrued during the course.
  • Students should have completed all the tasks and assignments concerning the course and also actively take part in portfolio building as per the standard required by the placement team to be eligible for the placement support along with the course.
  • Before sending the students for interview internal placement team will conduct mock interview sessions. Depending upon the student’s performance in the mock interview, the placement cell will take decision whether the student can be sent for the interview or not.
  • The right of sending a student for the interview rests with the placement team. In the event of any knowledge gap or grey areas, being observed, during the interview rounds, the Placement Cell reserves its right to refer such cases to the faculty concerned therein, to equip the students on the gaps observed. These students will again be required to appear for the mock interview and only those students who qualify themselves in such mock interviews, shall be eligible for being lined up for Placement support.
  • Under the placement assistance process, the students will be provided or notified with interview opportunity in a company or organisation.
  • Upon receiving the interview opportunities from the clients, intimation will be sent to the students via, Students login portals, or email or SMS or any other way of communication, intimating the place, date and time of such interview.
  • It is further made clear, that once a student agrees upon presenting himself/herself, for the interview, it is compulsory for the student to attend the interview under any circumstance. Any excuse or reasons given by the students for not attending the interview will not be accepted.
  • If a student fails to attend the interview on the given date and time, he/she will be debarred from the future placement assistance, unless a valid reason is given by the student, through an email, to the Placement Cell, for his/her failure to attend the interview opportunity. However the final decision, to extend further placement opportunity to the student, will be at the sole discretion of the Placement Cell or the Management Team.
